Returns & Exchanges

At Labret Piercing Studio, we maintain strict hygiene standards for all jewelry; therefore, we accept returns on unworn, vacuum-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. For safety reasons, any jewelry that has been removed from its original tamper-evident packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, heat-sealed clear packaging and has not been tried on or removed.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a padded envelope with the RA number clearly marked and ship them back to our studio via a tracked service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the seal integrity and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
